Learning Surfacing:

Looking for control? Looking for accuracy? NOT looking for accuracy but want to make something cool off the top of your head? Well then step right up ladies and gentlemen, because this is the workbench for you! This time around, we will unwrap (and re-wrap) the mystery the is the generative shape design workbench! You'll learn to create the simplest or the most complex surfaces with ease, and then learn basic troubleshooting principles to ensure victory over rocky roads. No part will be out of your league once you watch but a handful of these videos.

(During the economy's downtime, catiavideos.com will be using its own money to pay for hosting and resources to stay up. Donations are very much appreciated. Please use the donate button below if you wish to give anything at all. Thank you very much)

GOLDEN NOTE: Aside of being an exceptionally fun workbench, the GSD workbench is extraordinarily versatile. Always remember that once you create a surface, you almost always have access to its edges for use as wireframe geometry. Extracting edges is not always necessary because of this, and keeping it in mind will make you VERY fast. The instructor in this course makes very good use of what he has to work with. Watch how he uses existing edges from surfaces to create new blends, extrudes, revolutions, and much more.
